When will my order arrive?

I am happy to say that most of our orders arrive within the timeframe stated on our delivery page.  However, if something has gone wrong then please contact our Customer Support team after you have read the below useful dates and tracking information.

Kindly note that we will not be able to take any action until the below times have passed for your delivery method. Also, note that delivery times may change during busy periods.

Useful dates and Tracking Information:

International Mail:
Most orders arrive within a few days (Monday - Friday), but sometimes orders can take longer arrive. If it has been more than 20 working days then please contact our Customer Support team who are ready and waiting to help.

Air Express:
Deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 5 working days but on a rare occasion, it may take longer.
